TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Aloe4eva website. The goods advertised here are sold to you in the course of business by Aloe4eva. In these terms and conditions references to "We/our/us" are Aloe4eva Ltd. You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree these terms and conditions then you must not place any order. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.

• The goods available from Aloe4eva Ltd may (always subject to the terms hereof) be purchased by way of credit/debit card by residents of the United Kingdom.
• For orders made from the UK or other EU countries, local vat rates may apply, and this will depend on our status and liability to register with HM revenue & customs, based on turnover. For non-EU country orders, all local vat, duties and sales taxes due on importation are the responsibility of the customer.
• The goods advertised for sale on this website are goods that you may offer to purchase.
• The orders for goods available for purchase from Aloe4eva Ltd are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw at any time any goods advertised for sale on our website. It is not always possible for us to inform you at the time of placing your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase.
• When you place an order for payment your details will be processed by Google Checkout for the goods you have ordered. We shall have the right at our discretion and without reason to decline or cancel your order at any time before and without charging.
• Once we charge your debit/credit card via Google Checkout we will be deemed to have accepted your order.
• We endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will inform you via email when the goods have been dispatched. In the unlikely event of items being out of stock, we will again inform you via email regarding the length of delay.
• If for any reason, having accepted your order by charging your card/debiting your account, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you accordingly and arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods that we were unable to supply to be given to you. You agree that Aloe4eva Ltd’s total liability and your remedies in such a case will be limited to payment of that refund. No interest shall in any event be payable on any amounts owing or re-paid.
• In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase you must let us know by e-mail within ten days of receipt of your goods. Complaints in any other form or after that time may not be responded to. You can contact us by e-mail at info@aloe4eva.co.uk All correspondence must be accompanied by the correct invoice and shipping numbers.
• If your goods arrive in a faulty or damaged condition then Aloe4eva Ltd will arrange for a replacement of the damaged/faulty goods to be sent to you free of charge (subject to the other terms of this agreement) but only if you comply with the following conditions: 
• you must inform us by e-mail of your complaint within ten days of your receipt of the damaged goods;
• you must return the goods complained of to reach us within 14 days of the date of receipt by you, and the return shipping costs will need to be met by you;
• we must be satisfied that the goods were faulty when dispatched or damaged in transit.
• Aloe4eva Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this web site to the extent permitted by applicable law. Aloe4eva Ltd disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site.
• Aloe4eva Ltd makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or fitness of the goods supplied and hereby excludes all such implied terms, representations and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Aloe4eva Ltd hereby excludes to the fullest extent permitted by law and any liability for any and all loss and damage including consequential loss, economic loss and loss of profits regardless of whether such losses are foreseeable and whether or not caused by its negligence save that nothing in this agreement shall limit the liabilities of Aloe4eva Ltd for loss or damage caused by death or personal injury caused by Aloe4eva Ltd or for acts of fraud committed by Aloe4eva Ltd.
• Aloe4eva Ltd expressly excludes all civil (but not criminal) liability in respect of incorrect pricing and labelling to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Aloe4eva Ltd shall not be liable for any loss suffered or incurred by you as a result of the failure or inability to perform or delay in performing under this agreement by reason of an act of God, fire, flood, strike, lock-out or other industrial dispute, explosion, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, postal delay, communication failure, law, order or regulation or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance beyond our control.
• The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of this agreement will not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
• All contracts for the sale of goods from the Aloe4eva and Alo4eva websites shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
• Nothing in this agreement shall affect your statutory rights.
